<p>Is it true UT offers more scholarships to sophomores rather than freshman? I currently haven't received any scholarships from UT because my EFC is too high, but I was told I will most likely get a scholarship my second year. Has this happened to anyone else? Also, if you are going to UT, did you get a scholarship?</p>
