<p>The kids I know who received scholarships received the information along with their admission offers (this is in previous years so I don't know if that has changed). As for f/a, if you are an international student, you are not entitled to government-funded Ontario student assistance, OSAP.</p>

<p>You'll have to check with OSAP and see what the Ontario residency requirements are. You should apply for OSAP at least 10 weeks prior to the start of classes. If you apply online, you are able to get an accurate estimate as to how much you will be awarded. Here's the website:</p>
