Scholarships for Studying Overseas?

I’m a high school junior, and I hope to study at Trinity College Dublin, in Ireland. I meet all of the requirements, and my counselor at school is confident I’ll get in, however, TCD doesn’t offer merit aid upon acceptance in the way US schools do. Any scholarships they do offer are still nowhere what I’ll need, coming from a lower-middle class family.

Does anyone know of any scholarships that can be applied to international schools? I’ve looked but most scholarships I find can only be used in the US, and I can’t apply for any international scholarships I’ve found until senior year. Thanks!

Studying in these schools as an overseas students is about having the money. It is a rarified option, it is hard enough to get merit aid in good US schools so don’t go in assuming that is a big thing. Lower middle class families who may not get much FA need to be careful shoppers, indulgences like looking at full pay Euro schools are for moneyed families. Sit down, have the money chat with your parents and ascertain if you are a merit likely student, period. You may well be able to get scholarships or even packages for study abroad semesters or consider a working summer.
