Scholarships/honors admission by school or major?

Does anyone know if Purdue awards scholarships/honors college admission by school or major? I know it isn’t university-wide…
Based on the psat, our daughter appears to be a very very likely NMF, interested in the Health Sciences or Nursing major at Purdue. We are OOS. She’s our oldest of 7, so scholarship $ is key. We are both Purdue grads, so we are genuinely interested!

GPA: 4.3 W, 3.9 UW
SAT: 1490
plenty of AP classes & ECs, leadership, etc.
I’d love thoughts about her likelihood of being admitted to honors and/or receiving a scholarship!
