<p>ok so i know its pretty impossible to get a scholarship to UM especially for OOS but if i were to have received one would i have found out by now?? i really want to go to UM but i didn't get any financial aid. also i heard that scholarships are college specific, if i were to switch colleges would that mean i would loose my scholarship?? thanks for the help!</p>
