I'm looking to enroll in graduate school in Fall 2011. I expect my application to be very strong (Summa Cum Laude, etc) and so I will be targeting the top schools. I have an interest in economic development, but am unsure which path to take to get there. I do not have the necessary level of math to apply to KSG's MPA/ID program, so I am trying to decide whether to do an MPA program with a specialization in development at KSG/Princeton, or another top public policy school, or to do a flat out economics program.

The second question pertains to schools. Like I said, I expect my application to be very competitive. I am thinking about applying to schools in the US and also in England, but am unsure how to compare them. Where does Oxford and the London School of Econ rank in comparison to Harvard/Princeton, etc?
