School recommendations? Evaluate my list

Trying to finalize my list. Any recommendations for schools I can look at? Thanks for all of your help, CC!

Criteria:
- Preferably metropolitan setting (although rural is not a total deal breaker, I'm considering Cornell + Oberlin) with great off-campus activities available
- Good financial aid programs
- Religious affiliations are fine, but I'd like it to be a bit scaled back (I was turned off from Georgetown when I learned they don't allow stem-cell research)
- Educationally diverse student body (plenty of people majoring in different fields, no tech schools)
- Good biological (extra points for neurobiological undergrad programs) and poli sci/english literature departments

Stats:
2250 (2260 superscored) SAT,
4.08 W GPA, I think 3.8 or 3.9 UW
Very competitive high school, black + female

Here is my current list:
William and Mary
UVA
Oberlin College
UChicago
Columbia University
Cornell University
University of Pittsburgh

Thoughts? I can't thank you enough for the help.

Rhodes is

 • in Memphis, TN with all that has to offer
 • offers merit aid
 • affiliated with the Prebyterian Church (USA), but it is expressed primarily through the presence of a chaplain and a humanities sequence, nothing more.
 • a liberal arts colleges with 30 majors, none particularly dominating in terms of enrollments
 • very strong bio with good pre-med results, and we do have neuroscience as an undergrad major.

Your stats make you a strong candidate.

You may want to give Princeton a shot, especially if you feel drawn to the Lit/Poli Sci field. Their financial aid is top notch. You are a very solid candidate and URM status opens a lot of doors.

You should look at Macalester and Reed.
