Hello, I'm an international student and I'm unfamiliar with a couple of things on counselor's part on Common App:
1)What is a school report? Is it the same as official transcript?
2)What are the other forms? I know that one evaluation/recommendation letter is required, what else is needed?

I would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

A school report is a form accessible to a counselor when you invite him or her to recommend you via your common app account. It is separate from your transcript, although some counselors do attach transcripts to the school report.

There are a number of forms counselors can or must submit after the school report. These include the mid-year report (including your fall term grades), an optional report (to provide updates or report changes) and a final report (to be sent with your final grades to the one school where you decide to attend after you are admitted.)

What else is required varies from school to school. Some don’t require any recommendations and some require more than one. Some even require a recommendation from someone other than a teacher. You need to create a common app account and add schools to your dashboard to see what is required by each one.
