School reports

What's the difference between secondary school reports, midyear and final reports? When do I have to fill each of those sections out?

And how do I fill out the pdf? By writing or by typing it?

The secondary school report is a document that colleges use to get a sense of what your school is like. It asks things like what the highest GPA is in the school, whether or not the school offers AP/IB courses, etc. etc. so that college admissions officers can look at how well you did in terms of where you went to school and not necessarily how well you compare to other applicants (although that is still important).

The midyear report is just a report on your 1st semester senior year grades. Some colleges ask for it just to make sure that you are keeping up with your studies during senior year or it is sometimes used as additional information if a student has been deferred ED.

The final report is only sent to the college after you are accepted and have decided to attend that institution.

The mid-year report doesn’t have room for Senior Year Grades.
