What state do you live in? How much can your family pay out of pocket every year? What do you want to major in? What size or school are you most interested in? These questions are vitally important, especially the family budget.
Mount Holyoke?
Connecticut College, Dickinson (in PA), Bates (probably a reach these days), Five-College Consortium schools, especially Mount Holyoke or Smith,
I agree with @HImom, we need more information. As it is with your stats we might consider Harvard and MIT probably out of reach, and pretty much just give you a list of every other university and college in New England (a rather long list).
Also, is your GPA weighted or unweighted? If weighted, can you give us some sense of what your grades actually were (such as an unweighted GPA)?
I live in Vermont, my GPA is unweighted, my family can afford in the 30,000 range (after I get scholarships and stuff like that). I want small schools, under 4,000.
