<p>Ok, how does the whole high school transcript thing work? I mean how do the schools here manage to fit into the system in the states? How does it all happen?</p>
<p>Well my school gave me a consolidated mark sheet. All the unit tests, terminal examinations, everything. If you are from CBSE, then your school would have probably issued a report card kind of thing after your class X exams. Not sure whether this holds good for class XII. </p>
<p>I have also heard that there are educational consultancies who help you with this work.</p>
