You have a lot of OOS publics on your list. Have you asked your parents how much they’ll pay each year? If not, do so. You need to know that. THAT answer will likely determine where you should apply.

You need to get your stats up. You need to finish strong this junior year to get your GPA up to at least a 3.5. And what is your M+CR? It appears to be about a 1310. Try to increase that. Right now, that’s about an ACT 29. And take the ACT.

Right now, BC and NYU are reaches. PSU might also be a reach with your GPA.

BC and NYU seem like real reaches.
Mabye look at Marist or Fairfield,

What’s your budget?

Definitely raise your GPA. I have a 3.3 as well, and trust me, it’s been hard to find decent schools offering merit aid.
BC & NYU are definitely reaches with your GPA.

-Bryant University
-Gordon College
-Providence College (I’m applying here as well)
-Stonehill College
-University of Connecticut

I was going to recommend Marist as well, but they don’t offer finance.

A 3.3 from Boston Latin will be considered roughly equivalent to 3.5/3.6 at holistic schools so it’ll only matter at large public universities. The problem is that you have a bunch of them on your list, where the conversion is GPAX SAT score, regardless of the schools.
Second, what’s your parents’ budget?
