Just wanting to form a list of schools that do not require the Non-Custodial Profile or other info from non custodial parents
there was a previous thread on this…I think the more accurate information is to check with the colleges you are interested in.

Yes, https://profile.collegeboard.org/profile/ppi/participatingInstitutions.aspx is the best quick reference for colleges that use CSS Profile (but verify on the college web sites; there may also be specific conditions on when non-custodial parent information is required).
But note that some colleges use their own supplemental forms instead of CSS Profile and may require non-custodial parent information in their forms. Princeton is the best known example: https://admission.princeton.edu/cost-aid/apply-financial-aid (note: only requires non-custodial parent information if the custodial parent is not (re)married).
How about University Of Chicago…doesn’t require the Profile…at all. FAFSA, and a short U of Chicago form. No non-custodial parent info at all.
