Schools with Non-Restrictive Early Action?

<p>Oddly enough, the only University that I would be willing to apply to under a restrictive Early Action or Decision program, U Chicago, only gives the option of Non-Restrictive early action. </p>

<p>So I figured that I may as well apply to other non-restrictive programs, but I cant find a list anywhere. Does anybody know if one exists? If not, does anyone have any recommendations? I want to study Political Science and Economics, and no public schools as I am an international student seeking a bit of aid. </p>

First on my hit list was:

<p>Most schools offering early action offer non-restrictive early action.</p>

<p>Tulane offers both early action and single choice early action. The latter expresses a higher “level of applicant’s interest”, which Tulane considers.</p>
