<p>Im applying to Sci-Arc from another architecture program. going for the advanced placement. I am currently a second year. does this put me at any disadvantage for getting accepted?</p>

From my opinion, no. Sci-arc is a pretty open minded institute. Just go for it, send them a killing portfolio. I just finish a phone call from admission office, the lady said that they get more and more application recent year. I guess that they really do start to build some reputation. Hope this do help.</p>
