Science Degree at Upenn

Does Penn give out the bachelor of science degree for the physical of biological sciences? I've heard of examples where biochemistry majors would receive a joint degree with both BA in biochem and an MS in chem, but what about the Bachelor of science? It'd be kind of weird that Penn does not offer this degree for the biochem major, whereas most other schools, even those not as research oriented as penn, offer the BS rather than the BA for biochem...

well u always (regardless of ur major) get a BA if you are in the college, BS if you are in Wharton and BSE/BAS if you are in engineering. It's pretty weird, but why would that one single A-->S matter to you?

pgs 8-11 show that the BA does not negatively impact biochem/biology majors, especialy when getting into a top grad school
