Does any one know how the science programs at U of Toronto, McGill, and UBC compare?

I'm interested in human biology, especially genetics, and I hope to attend medical school later on...

You realize that you named the top three Canadian schools in the biomedical sciences. So, short answer is 'yes'. You really can't go wrong with any of these programs; they all have robust research programs, strong departments, well-known faculty and rigorous training regimens. My personal experiences with these universities (I haven't been to McGill, so take this with a grain of salt), is that U of T is much more fun. The campus is vibrant and lively whereas I felt that the UBC campus was not. I love Toronto and while Vancouver probably has a lot to offer, I didn't care for it as much.
