Sciences Po Admissions

Hello! I’m an American student interested in applying to the Paris Institute of Political Studies, AKA Sciences Po. I was wondering if anyone was familiar with the competitiveness of their admissions. What caliber of student do they generally accept? Do they consider scores on American standardized tests (SAT, AP tests, etc.)? What sort of GPA does one need for a solid chance at admission? Any info at all is appreciated! Thanks!

You will need to apply to the Reims campus and go through an interview for which you prepare by reading newspapers and magazines (the Washington Post, the Economist, Foreign Affairs) so you can demonstrate a good understanding of the French, European, and American political landscape. Knowing French will help (AP French) although it’s not required.
In terms of GPA and scores they want top 10-20% but it goes through first cut (gpa/scores) then if you make it, it’s all reset for the interview.
