Sciences Po vs. SIPA?

Hi! I'm a newly admitted student at Columbia, and I was looking for some help.

I'm interested in studying Political Science/International Affairs, and I was drawn to Columbia (among other reasons) because of its 5-year combined programs in International Affairs which would have students graduating with a Bachelor's from Columbia and a Master's from either Sciences Po (Paris) or SIPA. My question is this--how many students are admitted into either one of these programs each year? Are they very selective/competitive? Are they worth it? :)

The website that I've seen only provides a one-paragraph blurb about the program which isn't too detailed. Any thoughts, opinions, or knowledge on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

From what I understand they are fairly selective and only a few students do it each year. However, the number of applicants is probably not so high, as the program isn't exactly something everyone is striving for. Anyone who goes into PoliSci and does well has a good shot.
