Score Choice Questions

If I will send my SAT Subject Tests scores to a college which requires "All Scores" as indicatd in the SAT Score-Use Practices List, but I use the score choice service to avoid the college from seeing my mediocre scores, what will happen?

Will they know if I misused the service?
Will they see my mediocre scores? I'm curious about this.

Well, you can’t use score choice if they require all the test scores. They will see all scores. If the colleges allow score choice, then send in your best scores.

I get the feeling colleges know which if you have hidden scores anyway so it doesn’t really matter.

Shizzle, what you said is not true.

First of all, if you’re talking about SAT II’s, score choice works for all schools, regardless of their policy (the policy only applies to the SAT’s, not SAT II’s). You are 100% allowed to uncheck scores and withhold them from ANY college, even if they require all scores (because that’s just referring to the SAT’s).

Also, if you’re talking about the SAT’s, and you got the warning popup when you tried to uncheck it, I called collegeboard and they said that the college would never know, unless for some reason they called your high school and asked them. It may not be the risk, but technically, you can get away with withholding scores from any school. The reason it’s like this is because a school cannot force you to send scores, so when you uncheck it, it just warns you that you are about to violate their policy, but you can just click ok and continue.
