Score Reporting Dilemma

I have a question about reporting my ACT scores on the common app.

I have taken the ACT twice, both times receiving a composite score of a 32; however, in my first sitting, I scored a 30 on the math section, but I scored a 27 on math the second time I took the exam. On the common app, it asks for your HIGHEST scores from each section and your best composite score. Every section (including writing) was higher during my second sitting of the ACT except for my 27 on math. Thus, I am tempted to report the 30 on math since it is higher; however, I would have to send in two official score reports since I included scores from two different exams. Here’s my issue: does scoring a composite of a 32 in two different sittings reflect negatively enough not to report the 30 on the math so that I am only sending in one official score report?

I am taking the ACT one more time in December, so I will send those scores as well.
Should I report the 32 with the weaker math score because it might look bad sending in two composite scores of a 32? I hope this makes sense.

I would be sending these scores to BU and USC.

According to prepscholar BU will use all your highest scores so I would send both.

Would it reflect negatively, though, to send two scores with no improvement on my composite?
