Score Reporting, Will Colleges Receive My Scores in Time?

My plan is this:

Plan A: Take the SAT on October 9th, and as one of my four free score reports I will include the college to which I will be applying Early Action (Notre Dame). After finding out that my score exceeds 1400 (M+CR), I will submit my application for EA. (1.) Will Notre Dame receive my scores in time to consider for EA?

Plan B: After finding out that my scores are under 1400 (sigh...), I will retake the SAT on December 4th. (2.) Because I only receive 4 free score reports (and I am applying to 7 colleges), when should I order the additional score reports so that they include the December test date - after I get my scores, or before? (3.) As I won't get the scores until late December, will I have to order faster shipping on the reports, or will the colleges receive them in time to consider for RD?

If you can answer any of the three questions I'd be greatly appreciative.
Thanks so much.

Plan A: Yes, it accepts through Oct scores for EA even if they actually arrive after Nov 1.

Plan B: This applies to most: Sending Dec scores as soon as they are released is usually fine. You do so via regular send since many colleges don’t accept rush sends. However, there are some that want you to order Dec scores to be sent before scores come out so they are automatically sent when they do come out. Usually if it is a college that requires a mid-year report (your first semester senior grades) and sends out final decisions March/April, you are fine waiting to send dec scores until score comes out but you need to check with particular colleges.
