I don't think I'm applying to UPenn anymore. I went down in two areas, and only had an increase of 30 points overall. I was kind of banking on this. Kind of depressed. I need to replace JHU, Penn, Notre Dame and USC now with lower schools...sigh :(

Yeah, I was hoping for a high 700's on the Math 2, but ended up with a 710. Whatever! I'm done with SATs forever!!

Although I'm ecstatic about getting 800 on all 3 of my SAT IIs, somehow, I still feel like my chances at Wharton are next to nothing, lol. Btw, the 3 I took were Math I, Physics (I have no idea how, I left 5 blank), and Chinese.

Physics has the highest curve out of all the SAT IIs, so I think even if you leave 7 blank and get everything else right, you get an 800.

i took SAT I's over...and it seems i just can't get a high math score!! i got a 690 BOTH times i took the stupid test. the only thing that improved was my critical reading score: 760 --> 800. -_-" so my combined score is 2220 (i got 730 on writing the first time, and 690 the second time <-- no idea how that happened TT) wahhh, i'm sad. do they take into account your intended major when looking at SAT scores?!? i hope so, cuz my math scores aren't the best at all...

Physics has the highest curve, but is it still considered really hard to get a good score?? I got an 800 but then I saw the percentile was 92 and I was really surprised..

Yeah, it has the highest curve. I'm 99% positive on that.

I'm off to rush my scores......including my s****y math score.......blech

well, my friends, i'm afraid i won't be seeing u at penn.

Lit: 690
IC: 640 (WT bloody F!!!!!!! I am so p!ssed they don't have Q & A. there's no way i scored less than a 670 on that...more like 710! wt f!?!?!)
US History: 640 Down 40 POINTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

none of this reflects my knowledge, intelligence, and i havent taken US H since eighth grade....680 isnt terrible for two months of a high school course
a 690 in Lit! I've never taken lit before this year!!!!!! And my score still will look sucky, and i'll be denied, even though its a damn good score under the circumstances
the math.....well......only algebra in high school, plus nothing this semester...... AGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

these circumstances are quite beyond my control! i'm p!ssed!!!!

really, really bad day for me.

stupid bloody referee made me take my undershirt off before my game in Miami (which i didn't even play in!), and now it's missing ($40 to replace)!!! oy!!!

massive paper due for econ on weds...and i have no time to do it

i got up freakishly early to make up a test today, and: my friend who i have to drive to school every day was late, and the car was out of gas (had to take it. why? my truck has a flat!!). on the subject of the truck...it's still riding on the spare, cuz wal-mart is out of patches. incidentally, the spare is on there b/c i ran over a nail leaving school 2 WEEKS after buying a BRAND NEW TIRE. O M F G!!! and now i have 3 flats and a spare, and a popped tire that can't be repaired!!!

we lost our game tonight, 3-5, after the ref handed them the game. seriously. they literally cheated (actually, i think only one of the two was in on it, but....), it was obvious, he didnt even try to hide it. they took away 1 legal goal of ours, plus took away 6 break-aways on blatantly rediculous calls. then they gave them 4 break-aways when they were OBVIOUSLY offside, and they scored a goal of one of them. A 6-3 game ended up 3-5. load...of...crap. i got to play for a few minutes, though. i guess thats an upside. i'd trade playing time for decent (or at least honest) refereeing. it's rediculous..i play good during the games, but i suck so much during practice i don't get minutes. oh, well. btw, i'm a referee (and a good one ;)), and believe me when i say it's biased. there is such a thing as incompetance, but when you're incompetant calls always go one way, that seems less incompetant and more game-throwing. seriously....this game was thrown....there is no disputing it. i'm not pleased

i have no time to do anything....i'm just dying here.

i am not a happy person right now!

kinda got off topic there :(

It's okay 26e. I feel for you :(. I'm having an incredibly terrible day myself :(

haha, i hope not. don't mind my rants....i'm just having a hard time adjusting myself to public-college mentality

I took the SAT II stand-by... when the heck do I get to see my scores?? I need to rush this, too. sigh I've just been screwed by College Board lately. When's the last possible day you can rush it?

I took SAT II's stand-by in November as well and already received my scores. Login to your College Board account and see if your registration shows up. If not, that's most likely the problem. It could also be delayed for other reasons.

I checked and the account doesn't make any acknowledgement of me ever taking a November test. Argh. How do I fix this?

Call up College Board tomorrow and ask why your registration doesn't show up on your account. They should be able to help you with it.

26e ~ i'm so sorry your day was horrible >_< ref's can be annoying (no offense to your skills tho lol) SAT's aren't a real measure of anything, and wal-mart is just unreliable lol. just think of the futre - i mean the FUTURE future, when all this won't matter. really, in 10 years no one's gonna ask you what your SAT scores were (and if you ever meet someone like that in 10 years, run, and run fast lol) this applies to everyone, not just 26e. think of a happy FUTURE!! (after-college future lol)

I did well

how come u see your percentile?? i don't see mine...

I got a 620 on math IIC ahhh..

And jaw-dropping 480 on the French w/Listening

I'm so smart!

Michigan here i come!

26e, I kinda know how you feel. I did horribly on my SAT IIs, but I guess under the circumstances that I was in, I did ok, only ok. I can't believe that my SAT II scores will sink my chances at Penn. I don't know how else I was suppose to do. I think I did what I could and I just hope now that they don't put too much weight on the tests.

I just found out that there's been some issues with my application, and I'm trying to deal with it. This last couple of months' been a mess. This is so stressful....
