What should we do if a college sends us a letter saying that they haven't received our SAT scores? I applied for Northwestern's HPME program, and received such a notice today. The weird part about it is that I sent my SAT scores back in June of my junior year to Northwestern, and all the other colleges I've sent my scores to have received them. Should I just immediately rush report my scores..? Or am I supposed to contact CollegeBoard or Northwestern itself (or both?) Also, since it was HPME, which is affiliated w/ Northwestern's School of Medicine and not the undergraduate university itself, should I call the program instead, even though it said that Northwestern UNIVERSITY hasn't received my scores?

I would call admissions at the school first. Explain to them that you sent your scores in June and that other schools received them so you are puzzled that they don't have them.

We had that problem at another school, and when we called, it turned out that they had 2 files on my son and they needed to combine them. If Northwestern really can't find your scores, then they can tell you what would be best to do next.

Great, thanks! :]
