Can i have some feedback on this university? Anything and everything is appreciated. I have been accepted and just need some further info on it, i have already visited and liked it, I just want some outside opinions. I have recieved alot of scholarship money, around $16,000. Thanks in advance. I was also accepted into the biochemistry major there.

Solid mid-sized Jesuit university that is relatively undiscovered. Lots of personal attention. Biochem would be fine. Philosophy dept. is big and good (hotshot named Tu11y is supposed to be great teacher and funny as heck--and looks like Letterman).

I don't really know much about the University but I go to the Scranton Area (Gouldsboro in the Poconos) every summer and it is quite dull, just to warn you.

it's true that Scranton is no big city area & might be kinda dull, but if you liked the location, you should be okay.
The Uni. of Scranton is a good Jesuit college with strong health programs, very good nursing, OT, PT etc. I'd assume that general sciences are also very good and it probably does well with sending students to med school. I think I heard that their science building is really new???
Be aware that the Jesuit influence insures that you will have a liberal arts education in addition to your science major.
