Screwed up my SAT, spending both scores?

Hey guys,

So I took my SAT in October and got 2210(740CR, 750M, 720W). I was ****ed that I didn't ace math so I took it again in December and got 2150(680CR, 800M, 670W). I did well in math this time, but I did horribly in the other 2. Should I still send both scores and have a superscore of 2260(but colleges will see my lower score)? or should I stick with the 1st one?

Thanks

If i were you, I would stick with the first one. Two scores like that will show colleges that you are good at math, but writing an CR was just a fluke for your first test. If you just send the first one, colleges will see a pretty well rounded and good student!

bump, anyone else has opinion on this?

I agree with drac313. You should just send in the first score.

Eh, which colleges? If they’re very math oriented, or if the colleges say that they superscore I’d send both. Otherwise, just the first.

I’m applying to HYSPM and few other top schools. So I’m not sure. I’m thinking I will put send all to schools that require all scores, and for some I will submit both, for some I will submit the 1st one
