I have taken APUSH (3 on exam), AP English Language (4 on exam), and AP Government (haven’t taken test yet).
I have had a steady job all of high school. I have done Leadership and am ASB Treasurer, as well as community service.

You have a good chance! I would say SDSU is definitely in your reach.
SDSU uses a really simple formula to calculate an Eligibility Index and rank applicants.
The formula is CSU GPA*200 + ACT * 10 or CSUGPA * 800 + SAT (M&R only).
The exact threshold varies year to year and somewhat by major. Based on your stats above, your ACT index is 984, a little below the 1000 that’s usually deemed a safe index - though I don’t know your CSU GPA so, your real score is probably different. (I don’t have your SAT break-down so, i am not sure where you stand on that calculation. 4100 is generally considered a ‘safe’ SAT index.
Your CSU GPA is only grades 10 and 11 and excludes non-academic courses, drop +/- and caps your AP bonus pts at 8 semesters.

Another stab at the SAT or ACT might be a good call.
My CSU GPA is 3.69 I believe. I got a 540 on the Reading and a 480 on the Math… I plan to bring those up. If I am unable to bring them up a decent amount, do you think I still have a shot?
