I have been accepted to San Diego State University and I am a little confused about their rules of maintaining grades to be admitted. First, it says I need to get a C or above in the rest of my classes "In Progress" to be admitted. However, right after that it says I need to maintain my GPA I reported on my application to be accepted. But, how do I maintain my 3.9 GPA if I get B's in the rest of my classes? Anyone know?

Hahaha uhm… I was accepted early too and feel really stupid for not noticing that discrepancy, considering we were accepted early for our excellence in education.

I think there’s more wiggle room on the GPA. For instance, if you get all Bs second semester, and your GPA goes down, you will have satisfied both requirements—they can see your transcript and calculate your GPA for 9th-11th grade and the first semester of senior year and see that it was as reported, and you’ll have finished senior year with a C or above in all classes. Does that make sense?

Yeah that’s what I thought. I’ll probably email them if I can’t find out from someone else.

When did you guys get in and when did you apply?

hey, looking at SDSU right now…just wondering how hard it is to get accepted? what were your stats

4.32 GPA and 30 ACT.

3.9 GPA and 1720 SAT

I was accepted on December 17
