Hi, does anyone have any info about the Sea Phages course lab? I am a freshman at USF and I have credit for Bio 1 but I chose to retake it so I could be a part of the sea phages lab (only offered through the specific Bio 1 course section) Was this a good decision? Specifically, I want to know how this will benefit me in terms of a medical school portfolio and research experience. From what I’ve been told, by taking the course with this professor I will get a chance to present my research at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, which sounds like it could be a good thing to put on a med school application. Any info will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
