Searching for a college

Hey, people. I've been looking for the right college for me basically since I was a freshman. I'm an upcoming junior in Georgia, and I do not have the slightest idea of where I want to go. I'm most interested in majoring in Math, Physics, Chemistry, or Engineering, but I have not picked one yet. I know it's a little early to make my decision, but it is really the only thing my parents (mostly my mom) talk about. My parents, friends, and teachers all expect me to go to a really good school based on my math scores and overall ability to excel at all most everything subject. I took the ACT in March I believe and the SAT in April as a sophomore. I was disappointed at my scores on both tests, but I've been convinced that I can do a bit better next time around. My scores were as follows:
SAT: Math - 700 Critical Reading - 570 Writing Skills - 670
Overall:1940
I don't remember my ACT scores for each category, but I do know that I got a 34 in Math and a 32 overall.
I also have a 4.0 unweighted GPA, and I'm in the top tenth of my class (top ten actually).
I currently have 2 AP classes under my belt (still waiting on my scores). I'm taking 4 next year, and I plan on taking 4 my senior year. Also, I will be doing dual enrollment my senior year, taking another math class off campus, since I'll be taking AP Calc BC (a senior class) next year as a junior.

Extra Curricular Activities:
Academic Team
Math Team
Future Business Leaders of America
Spanish Honor Society
Spanish Club

Next year I will be inducted into National Honor Society, and it looks as if I will also be president of NHS my senior year based on the fact that three other popular choices for president are my running mates (VP, Treasurer, Secretary).
I'll also most likely hold a position in Spanish Honor Society, and I'll be a co-founder/treasurer then president of Rugby Club.
I was more or less invited to a summer program at Stanford, but I couldn't go because of the amount of summer work I have. I will be attending that camp or another next summer depending on the cost and date.

Currently, I volunteer at the hospital here, and I have a job working at Kumon.
I'll do more volunteer work in the near future as well.
I know this is long, but I really need some help figuring out what colleges might accept me. If you can, figure my probability of acceptance into Brown, UofChicago, Rice, Columbia, Georgia Tech, Tulane, and Penn State, since these are places that I'm interested in and/or have received mail/email about, although they might not match my probable major well. Thanks so much.

Georgia Tech

don’t remember my ACT scores for each category, but I do know that I got a 34 in Math and a 32 overall.
I also have a 4.0 unweighted GPA, and I’m in the top tenth of my class (top ten actually).

Well, your ACT is higher than your SAT.

You will get HOPE for Georgia Tech right?

Will your parents pay for Penn State? If not, take it off your list.

Brown, Reach ( I don’t think Brown is a good choice for engineering, but I could be wrong).
UofChicago, Reach (does it have engineering?)
Rice, match/reach
Columbia, reach
Georgia Tech, match
Tulane, - match (not much engineering here anymore)
Penn State - unless your parents will pay full freight, take this one off.

My parents are willing to pay for whatever college I end up going to. I most definitely will get HOPE for Georgia Tech. When you say reach do you mean the college is above or below my standards? Also, do you know of any other colleges/universities that would match my academic acheivements as well as my interests?
