Searching for graduate school programs

I'm currently looking into grad school programs (I'm an undergrad jr).

I'm a chemical engineer with a heavy interest in atmospheric chemistry and I have no clue how to go about finding good departments of a similar research vein. I've tried just clicking on the "research" tabs of chemical eng./environmental eng/environmental science departments of a number of schools but I'm not having much luck.

Is there a better way to go about my search? Should I just look at the literature in my area of interest and see where the professors are all from?

Thanks for any help.

For me, google proved to be extremely helpful here...just enter a few keywords relating to your research interests and limit the search to .edu sites (i.e. put "site:.edu") behind the keywords.

Alternatively, obviously, site:.ac.uk if you're interested in UK unis as well

edit: I have no idea why, but my second post is shown first...

It might be worth it to talk to professors at your current undergraduate school and see if they have any advice!
