<p>The big question you will need to answer is “why do you want the second degree?” In general, they will allow it as long as your answer does reflect aimlessness, a desire to avoid the job market, or padding your resume. If you are there to expand your knowledge and do a little research, then you are fine.</p>
<p>You may have a little more trouble getting financing, however…</p>
