Secondary School Report

I have applied to Tulane today (yay)!

There is a request for a Secondary School Report, and I found the form on Tulane’s web site:

Is this exact form required? Or, does Tulane accept the high school’s version of this form.

I would say just fill out the top part of the form, give it to your counselor, and let them take it from there. They have probably dealt with Tulane before, and if not they will call Tulane.
