<p>I just graduated a semester early and am seeking a third roommate to sublet my room. It's a great apartment complex by the USC campus (1 block from USC to be exact) Parking included. Two great female roommates (one senior and one junior). One bedroom available with a shared bathroom with one other girl. Parking is a shared tandem spot. Water and wireless internet are included. Gas and electricity are additional (the bills aren't too bad since we split them 3 ways) The complex is GATED, there are two washer and dryer sets on site, a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove, and oven in the apartment. Sublet would start ASAP. Ideally, I'd like to sublet through to end of July (but I'd be wiling to work something out until the end of May) Bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished (includes a queen sized bed, desk, lamp, and side drawer) Inquire for more details or with further questions!</p>
