By the way, it's "seeking advice" (without the "for") << gotta enhance those basic English language skills.

By the way, you got some pretty cool awards there (eg top 100 teen writer at the Great Hall of the People? holy smokes, did you meet the chinese premier?)

i am currently living in China,in fact Always

yeah.seek advice.wrong type .intinailly i was gonna type :LOOK FOR advice
lol
no,not chinese premier, but i did meet with my fav.chinese writers.
SAT?I AM GONNA TAKE IT in Nov. 4.so no score yet.But i am confident to get more than 2200
dont have time for Sat 2.CAUSE i am still gonna take National College Entrance Exam of China in June.it means i have to focus fully on it after i finish Nov.Sat I test.

are you going to apply for early decision? (applying early means a higher chance of getting in. But early applications are due by Nov 1, and final decisions out by Dec. 15)

Early decision means that you are only restricted to apply to one school, and are required to enroll if accepted. Therefore, under ED, you cannot apply to any other Early enrollment options of other schools.

SCEA: Single Choice Early Action: very similar to Early Decision. The only difference between the two is that if accepted under SCEA, you are NOT required to enroll (both harvard and yale practices this method). However, SCEA is "single choice," meaning you can only apply to ONE school for a december decision. That means you cannot do SCEA and ED/EA at the same time. It's also very restricted.

Early Action: probably the most flexible of the three Early options, Early Action allows the student to apply to one or more schools with Early Action. MIT, UChicago, and a number of others are practicing Early Action. That means you can apply to both of them at the same time under their EA programs.

As for your SATs, if you are applying Early to any school(s), the November SAT date is way too late. Remember, you can NOT take both the SAT Reasoning Test and the Subject Tests on the same day. Therefore, if you still haven't started any of those yet, you'd have to divide SAT I and II into two different sittings, preferably SAT I in Oct and SAT II in November (but you are already past your Oct deadline, unfortunately. I'm afraid an early option are not going to work for you without those SAT scores on time).

Also, are you seeking Financial Aid (very IMPORTANT factor)? And what is your intended major (helps you narrow down your list)?

Wow those EC's are amazing, and im quite shocked that an active person like you can maintain a strong GPA (you should pat your self on the back for this), however one can't really look at your chances until you have taken your SAT I and SAT II's with those ec and GPA if you want to Amherst ED then you should try to get 2150+ since your EC are AMAZING!

my final list r:
EA: Trininy U
Knox College
i have decided that i wont apply on ED
RD:
Carleton
Wesleyan
Duke
UPenn
Hamilton
Lafayette
Sarah Lawrence
St.Lawrence
Davidson
Miami U
Lehigh
UCB
Franklin and Marshall

Do note that many (if not all) colleges listed above only offer "very limited financial aid" to international students. That means your chances will definitely be thwarted considering that you are an international+finaid applicant. However, your list of schools seem really attractive (especially Davidson). Now here's the exception, at Davidson, you MIGHT probably receive be accepted and receive some sort of financial aid because of the school's current demography and geography. Davidson is in the old south, and lacks international applicants/Asian applicants. In fact, you could be a potential URM (under-represented minority) at Davidson since it only has a 2% Asian population. They'd admit you just for the sake of your URM status, under the condition that you still have good SAT scores.

However, if you could, by all means, acquire some sort of outside financial support from family/parents/grandparents/bank loans/scholarships and AVOID checky that Financial Aid box (means you want full pay), your chances at those schools should see a significant increase.

thank you very much for your advise
but u know what, before i made my final list.i've searched many websites about financial aids universities could give to international applicants.
and that means, all uni/college included in my list do have need-based/merit-based scholarship/financial aid to international applicants.at least, i have chance to get one if i am accpeted by any of them, while i would never get any money from school even if i am the extrordinary applicant ever when i apply to other uni/college.
Wesleyan got a programme called FREEMAN ASIA,offering 22 asians full-ride
Carleton got a similar one ,but only 7 seats for international applicatns.
UCB,no aid from school, but an alumni of it offer full-ride to asian, more specifically, chinese.
Frankling and Marshall, seems generuos and rich
Davidson, actually,i dont know much about its ethic/geography stuff.but what do u mean by THE OLD SOUTH?

Knox college might be very good for you- they have exceptionally strong creative writing program, psychology and economy departments are great, school has been noted as #2 of the school where students are happy with their fin aid. Knox takes significant amount of intermational applicants for its size.
Old south relates to pre civil war times, diversity might be a very important factor.
You still can go to some cities and find predominantly white caucasian population there.

just curious, where of China do you come from and when did you start to prepare to come to USA for college? cuz your ECs arent provided in ordinary chinese high schools as far as I know.
