Hi! I am currently a freshman undergrad at the University of California San Diego. I am studying Computer Science, and I have plans to get an MBA later in my life. I have heard that I should prepare carefully during my college years and I am seeking your advice! If you could give me some advice on how to get into a top 25 business school I would really appreciate it. When reading some of the business school websites, I noticed that many want to see leadership capabilities. For me, dealing with the Computer Science curriculum here is already time consuming, and I don't want to risk dropping my gpa. (Currently have a 3.5 gpa) yea, soooooo if you give me some advice like when to take on internship opportunities, or leadership opportunities, community service, etc....it would be much appreciated! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Right now, your only job is to do well in school and get a good job. Aside from GPA, undergrad info is not evaluated by graduate business schools. The leadership roles you will take when you get a job (perhaps managing projects).

MBA programs mainly care about your work experience. So bust your butt now so that you can land a challenging and rewarding job when you graduate.
