Trying to be clear to the adcoms: My school is on the semester system. So for yearlong classes should I say "Year, A" or "Year, A, A" and should I specify which semester for 1 semester courses?

Thanks!

Good Q. Luckily, we only have 2 semester courses here.

thank goodness we only have final grades :)

My school has semester long courses and gives grades out a mid-semester and end of semester. Shoudl I put down two grades for each course, the mid-term grade and final grade? Or can I just put the final grade recieved in each course?

Make it as close to what your transcript will show as possible - it's mostly to help us translate all of the different transcripts onto a common form. We'll see your official transcript of course (and verify that what you report is indeed what you got) but it gives us a good starting place.

Ok, that makes sense. Thanks!
