Self-Reporting and Sending Official Scores

I have a question. I checked threads which already asked the same question, but some of them were dated, so I want to ask again to make sure.

I self-reported all of my scores on the Common App: all the times I took the SAT and ACT. But, for the colleges I am applying to, some don’t require me to send both–they only want either SAT or ACT, and I did better on the SAT so I only want to send those. Do I have to send colleges all of my scores since I reported them on the Common App or can I just send the official ones and they will disregard the others I self-reported?

Unless the college is one of the small number that requires you to provide both all SATs and all ACTs , you can send either SAT or ACT regardless of whether you listed both test scores on the application.
