<p>When it says to self-report scores, do you just list all the scores you've gotten on tests?</p>

<p>Just that. You list your tests and your scores. Some tests (SAT/ACT) require verification of scores from the testing agency for most colleges. Others scores (AP) you list the scores and send verification upon admittance, in most cases.</p>
