Seminar/Admissions chance?

Hello,
Just wanted to ask your opinion, I just got my SAT scores back and scored a 1890 on them (BTW I'm a sophomore). I got a 720 CR, 620 Math, and 550 Writing (9 Essay), btw with these scores do you recommend I retake the sat or take the ACT or even both. I wanted to know if I had a chance of being competitive for the service academies and particularly the summer programs. My top choices in order as USMA,usna, usafa, uscga, and usmma.I had a 4.4 gpa freshmen year and now I have a 4.3 weighted, but unweighted I have gone from 3.75 to 3.66, but I have a harder courseload this year. I also plan to take 2 AP's next year. I play football (First Year varsity), Indoor track(first V year), and outdoor track (first V year). I also played 3 sports my freshmen year as well. I was nominated Junior class vice president, NHS inductee this year, Big brother (mentoring program), leadership club, and I spend 40-50 hours a week coaching youth football. So I just wanted to know if I had a chance to qualify for those summer leadership programs and eventually the academies themselves, or any advice into how I could strengthen my resume. Thanks in advance.

Summer Seminar is a recruitment tool and whether you get into it or not is not an indicator of whether you’d get into the academy or not…there are people who get into SS and not USNA and vice versa, and some people even get into both. Same goes for SLS at USMA.
