Send both ACT Scores?

I took the ACT in October and December, and in October, my scores were:
26 Composite
24 English
25 Math
29 Reading
25 Science

In December, my scores were:
25 Composite
28 English
28 Math
19 Reading
23 Science

The reason why my scores got so low for reading and science is because I became pretty tired after the first half, and I used up my energy for English and Math. Plus, I only really intended to focus on English and Math since I was fairly content with my reading and science scores on the October ACT.

Anyway, will the drop in my reading score significantly impact a college’s outlook on the score? I’m applying through Common App, which allows for score choice, so I’d be able to enter my scores as :
26 Composite
28 English
28 Math
29 Reading
25 Science

Should I send both the October and December scores?

If you intend to mix the scores from both sittings you will HAVE to send both scores. Also you’ll have to hope that the college superscores. Some do not. They’ll just take the highest composite.
