Send highest or all SAT scores???

<p>I'm looking to transfer to penn.</p>

<p>I took my SAT twice, first time I got a 1990 and second time i got a 2100. But i scored higher in my maths section the first time. So should I send both scores or should I send only my second score?</p>

<p>I also took the ACT, I got a 31 (a 36 in maths but a 25 in science), so should I send that in too?</p>

<p>btw fyi here are the distributions:
1st (R630/M730/W630) = 1990
2nd (R720/M700/W680) = 2100</p>

<p>ACT (E33/M36/R28/S25/W9) = composite 31</p>
