Williams College has an optional peer evaluation, so one of my friends compared the way I eat with my values. It sounds sort of strange, but its interesting, short, and makes me sound really great (I have good friends), so I was wondering if I could send it to other colleges, even if they say nothing about peer evaluations. It gives a different perspective on me, which I think would be beneficial to my application. Is this a bad idea? Will it just annoy colleges to get unnecessary papers about me? If it helps, the other schools I'm applying to are Columbia, Brown, Barnard, Georgetown, Wellesley, Wesleyan, Smith, and Bryn Mawr.

I think it is a bad idea, unless you're applying to Dartmouth.

Does no one else know anything? Wellesley just had this online chat thing, where I asked about sending peer recommendations, and they said it isn't required but you can still send one. So I will send one to Wellesley, and then I'll just look up on the individual websites what information they have about sending supplementary recs. If anyone knows anything and would like to save me some time, that would be great!
