I took the SAT and did pretty bad but think I can get a 30-33 on the ACT

If I get a 30-33 on my ACT and do well on my SAT II's can I just send those? Do the colleges need to see my SAT scores??

College Board (company that controls the SAT) allows you to choose scores to send. All colleges that require test scores accept either ACT or SAT. If they require SAT IIs, you can submit them in addition to the ACT (in fact a number of colleges that require IIs actually accept the ACT in lieu of both the SAT amd SAT IIs.

So you can send scores you want EXCEPT: a number of colleges have declared that depsite the College Board’s new policy allowing you to choose scores to send, they will require you to submit all scores including that SAT you did not do well on.

Also, many high schools put all of your scores on the official high school transcript that they send to colleges, so you should check what yours does.
