i.e. I won medals in the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI), and in some other stuff..
Most of my other certificates are not in English. Should I translate them and the translated version to MIT, or it's enough to say that I won these competitions?

Congrats emadwilliam.
But God! Do I really have to have these international things to get in? I mean, is this the sense of a competitive international applicant that MIT would admit?
Because if it is I may be in a huge mess.
Any ideas.

Not at all. I’ve met several kids who got in without international distinction. Just make sure you have done the best you can, for you and for your community.

International pool is SO competitive that MIT doesn’t allow EA. Yet, wats more competitive is the fact that international pool is capped at 10% of total incoming freshman class. good luck. Nevertheless there are international kids who got in without distinctions such as that of emadwilliam
