I am apply to Havard as a transfer and I was wondering if I should send them a poem that I wrote. I consider it my best work so far...

lol. im sure the admissions committe members just finished Of Gramatology, and are ready to approach your poem and glean its heady post-structrualist insights.

you think it's too late to report harvard about a 115 on the AMC12?

i still feel useless since i got a 3 on the AIME...

Probably too late, and I don't know if a 115 is all that good, but hey, I reported a 123 before realizing it wasn't that good of a score either. A 3 is respectable; it's above average at least.

You can fax it in to send the poem. I think it is a good idea, especially if your whole application centers around english/the arts. There are not many ways to display your talent in those fields during high school, so extra materials are THE way to go.
