sending in weighted vs unweighted gpa

<p>Which would SUNY Stonybrook prefer?</p>

<p>I've taken alot of AP's during my Junior year and i'd rather send in my weighted average.</p>

<p>Also the average GPA of an accepted high school student is a 3.6, is that weighted or unweighted? Thanks</p>

<p>What is the standard by which your school reports? If it’s both, send both. Admissions will determine which they choose to use.</p>

<p>We look at the unweighted GPA, although strength of schedule is important.</p>
