I'm an international applicant. They say that the income tax returns must be in English, but they were given to my parents by their employers in Romanian. Do I have to go to an authorized translator or can I translate them at home?

anyone please?

I believe an authorized translator is the best way to go. Or you could have them translated yourself and verified/stamped by an authorized person after them having checked it. The latter may save some time if you’re in a hurry. I’m led to believe that either way, you need a certified person’s signature.

I would ask the college you are applying to. Sometimes a regular translation would be OK, sometimes only certified will be accepted. It depends on the demands of your college.
