Sending SAT/SAT II Scores

I took the SAT on June 1, 2013 (scored a 1730 - not TOO bad I guess), and I'm taking it again tomorrow (hoping for 1900+). I'm also taking the Biology M and Chemistry Subject Tests on November 2. I'm applying to a UC (Irvine) and CSUs (San Francisco State, Bakersfield, Fullerton, and Long Beach). I want to take advantage of the free score reports, but you have to use it before the scores come in.

As far as the SAT Reasoning Test goes, do you have to send ALL scores to UCs and CSUs? The reason I'm asking is if you DO have to send all scores, then I may as well send them now for free. If you DON'T have to send them all, however, I would probably wait to send them until I can see my scores and choose which ones to choose.

As far as the SAT Subject Tests go, I'm mainly taking them for UC Irvine admissions since it's recommended (Nursing Science major). Do I HAVE to send them to the CSUs as well? I know they don't really look at the SAT Subject Tests, but I don't want my app to get red flagged for omitting information or something.

Thanks for any help! I'm just so confused about when to send scores and which scores to send to which schools.

gotta bump this!

Quick note: I know UCs you have to send ALL SAT/ACT scores. However, I would like to know if the same applies for CSUs? I am currently working on my college application, and ACTs require you to send each score separately, $12 for each school (I took the ACT exam 3x, so that’s already $36 out of my pocket if I need to send all 3 just to ONE school!).
