Sending SAT scores and Common App account

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I have a question about sending SAT score via College Board. I recently sent my score electronically using college board's service. However, I was surprised to learn that there was no explicit link whatsoever between my score and my Common App account. Granted that, in both accounts, I specify my name, my school, my country. But the lack of an explicit connection nonetheless worries me. What if there are more than one person with the same name in my school? Or, since I'm Asian, each organization has different way of writing down my name. In short I wonder through what mechanics, and of what reliability, can my college correctly match my SAT scores sent via College Board to my Common App profile.</p>

<p>Don’t worry about it. I sent my SAT scores but submitted my application via commonapp, or the school’s website. I got accepted to Pitt, which I assume just checks demographic information to make sure it’s the same person.</p>
